Recharging of electrical vehicles in apartments / villas is totally forbidden.

A valid credit card must be presented at check – in as security for any extras or damages occurring during your stay. Your credit card details will be securely retained until we are satisfied that no extra charges have occurred. In the event of not having a credit card a cash security deposit must be given instead.

Maid service: 3 times per week;

Change of linen: To help us do our bit for the environment, bed linen will be changed once every 7 days. If you are needing an extra service, please inform the reception who will be happy to arrange this for you. (surcharge);

Change of towels: 2 times per week.

On request: 1 extra bed per unit for children up to 12 years - €15 / day

On request: Babycot & Highchair - €10 / day

Pool heating: extra cost on request.

25% deposit to be paid within 10 days of making the booking (non-refundable);

The remaining amount to be paid 42 days before arrival date.

 Prices may change at any time due to availability and demand.

Up to 42 days before arrival: 25% of the total amount will be charged;

41 to 29 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged;

28 to 22 days before arrival: 80% of the total amount will be charged;

21 to 0 days before arrival: total amount will be charged.

Lagoa's Municipal Tourist Tax came into force on 13 April 2024 and must be charged by tourist resorts and local accommodation establishments to their guests.

The municipal tourist tax is established as an overnight stay tax.

- The municipal tourist tax has a value of €2.00/night in high season and €1.00/night in low season.

- For the purposes of the above information, high and low season are classified as follows:

a) High season - 1 April to 31 October;

b) Low season - 1 November to 31 March.

The municipal tourist tax is due, per guest, for paid overnight stays in tourist resorts or local accommodation establishments located in the geographical area of the Municipality of Lagoa, per night, up to a maximum of 7 (seven) consecutive nights per person and per stay, regardless of the booking method (in person, analogue or digital).

1.         The overnight stay tax is payable by guests of holiday resorts and local accommodation establishments aged 13 (thirteen) or over, with the latter also being exempt on the day they reach this age, regardless of their place of residence.

2.         Guests with disabilities, i.e. guests with a disability equal to or greater than 60 per cent, are not subject to the municipal tourist tax, provided they present a document proving this condition.

3.         National and foreign students entering the University of the Algarve and using tourist resorts and local accommodation establishments at the beginning of each academic year, up to a maximum of 60 (sixty) consecutive days, are not subject to the municipal tourist tax, as long as they present a document proving this condition.

4.         Guests whose stay is motivated by medical treatment are not subject to the municipal tourist tax, extending to an accompanying person, provided that they present proof of the appointment/provision of medical services or an equivalent document.
