Patio doors lead to the terrace or balcony which has outdoor furniture with either pool or garden views. The renovated kitchen is fully-equipped. The 2 spacious bedrooms are on the first floor and both have air-conditioning. Each have their own terrace or balcony accessed from patio doors. There is a modern bathroom on the first floor and a W.C. on the ground floor.
