He has led the company for 20 years, bringing Swiss precision and expertise to every aspect of its operations. Splitting his time between Switzerland and Carvoeiro, Andreas oversees the business with a focus on hotel management, food and beverage operations, resort maintenance, and financial performance.

Paulo de Carvalho, Portuguese, is COO of the Carvoeiro Clube Group. He brings extensive experience in security, operational logistics, and department management. Paulo specialises in creating operational plans, optimising efficiency, managing pre-openings of tourist developments, and liaising with local authorities and public entities. management, food and beverage operations, resort maintenance, and financial performance.
