Compared to other resorts, the Ocean View Residences are pleasantly small, downright cosy. Six one-bedroom flats and sixteen two-bedroom apartments, each strategically positioned to ensure ocean views and maximize privacy, make for a relaxed, casual atmosphere.

A beautifully pool with its luxury bathrooms and shower facilities is designed to relax - but may also refresh residents after a busy working day.

All apartments are fully furnished in a clean, contemporary style that encourages personal highlights to make it a home. Ground floor residents enjoy large terraces, first floor apartments offer a spacious balcony.

All residences feature a modern, open-plan kitchen, air conditioning for summer’s hottest days, floor heating and an open gas fireplace for stormy autumn evenings. Additional conveniences include electric shutters and washer/dryer combos.

Even the garden furniture has been chosen with great care. The gardens themselves as well as the entire property are professionally tended and maintained, with cleaning and laundry services being optional.
